The Employment Development Department (EDD) is a California state agency responsible for collecting payroll taxes from employers and manage the disbursement of those funds to employees through various benefit programs, such as Unemployment and Disability Insurance.
We represent Californians in reversing EDD denials of Unemployment Insurance, Short-Term Disability Insurance, Paid Family Leave and Payroll Tax Audits.
Daily Tasks:
- Weekly reconciliation of attorney-client trust accounts;
- 20 weekly hours of work.
