Assaf founded Pershing Square Law Firm, PC in 2013. He is an experienced employment litigator and EDD attorney. Assaf handled hundreds of cases before the CUIAB and he has successfully reversed Board decisions in higher appeals in California’s Superior Courts. Assaf successfully represented California businesses in EDD Payroll Tax Audits, and helped those businesses mitigate the effects of the audit and protect their business integrity by achieving compliance with state laws. Assaf’s vision is to make the firm a legal powerhouse for California’s workers and businesses who need to confront the EDD. Assaf is a graduate of Loyola Law School.
